 PLEASE NOTE: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES FOR SITES IN ALL RESERVATIONS
 
Reservations can be make anytime during the year for sites and cottages.

We rent sites daily, weekly, monthly and for the season which starts May 15th –Sept 30th.

Starting this year because of the high demand for weekenders you must reserve for 2 nights minimum on any weekend during the season.

When reserving for a long weekend a 3 nights minimum reservation is required.

When reserving for a site , a credit card – Visa or Master Card is required to confirm your stay. The whole amount of your stay is taken on your credit card at the time of reservation tax included. If you are calling to reserve severals site please note that will charge you the whole amount of those site onto your credit card. Please also note that a site that is not confirmed with a credit card will not be kept in the reservation system.

The arrival time for your site is 1pm or after and check out is 1pm or before unless arrangements are made to stay later.

Cancellation Policy

For full refund
You must cancel within 14 days of the arrival date.

˝ Refund
If you cancel after the 14 days only ˝ of the amount charged to your credit card will be refunded back onto the credit card at the time of cancellation.

No Refund
If you cancel after 24hrs of the arrival time which 1pm on the arrival date there will be no refund, if you don’t show up for your reservation there is no refund

$10 deposit on arrival
On your arrival you will have to give a $10 deposit, this deposit is to make sure you vacate your site for 1pm in order to retrieve it on your way out, if your site is not reserved on the day of check out we will let you know if you can stay till 6pm, after 1pm the $10 non refundable, it allows you to stay longer on your site.

No shows
If you have made a reservation and don’t show up for your reservation that day we will hold your site for you only up to 1pm the next day unless we hear from you, otherwise it will be rented out to someone else.

Cottages
Reservations for cottages are made from Friday to Friday starting July to sept. We rent on weekends only in the low season from may, june and after sept long weekend.
You can call in during the week for info on a weekend reservation, we do get cancellations sometimes and if available we will rent it out for the weekend.

A deposit of ˝ of the amount of your stay is required by credit card at the time of the reservation. Unfortunately a deposit is non refundable for cottages.

We do reserve the right to check cottages before they are vacated and if there is any vandalism the costs of replacement, or fixing will be charged to your credit card.
